Custom Roof Panels
To ensure a precise fit, our custom copper and metal roof panels are fabricated directly on-site using professional equipment. Our metal panels are available in select colors and are manufactured from 24-gauge sheets, while our copper panels are crafted from 16-ounce copper with a natural, elegant shine.
We have the expertise to create straight or curved roof panels, depending on the design of your bay window. In addition, the flashing can be fabricated either straight or in a stepped design, depending on the structure. All installations are completed with careful sealing to ensure a leak-free finish.
Window Roof Preparation Process
Before installing the new panels, we remove all existing roofing materials and inspect the surface. We then apply a layer of ice and water shield over the flashing or drip edge to protect against moisture. After that, we install the custom-made roof panels, ensuring a perfect fit. To complete the installation, the flashing is securely embedded into the wall for maximum durability and weather protection.
